5. Once your signed purchase document templates are returned, we will upload them to your

Terms of Service & Fee Agreement: By submitting your information to SmartMap Real Estate Services LLC, you are agreeing to our terms of service and fee agreement. SmartMap Real Estate Services LLC will not charge you any upfront fees or recurring monthly fees, but instead, you agree to pay SmartMap Real Estate Services LLC a fee for each successfully closed transaction that originated from our software. “Originated” means you received a specific property alert directly from our software via text/email or inside the Research Module, or you submitted an offer on a property using our offer maker tools. All property alerts and submitted offers are logged by SmartMap Systems. The fee for each closed transaction originated by accessing the SmartMap Systems software is 25% of the Buyer’s Agent commission. If you decide to reduce your commission to make a deal work, keep in mind that the fee due to SmartMap Systems is still 25% of whatever amount was originally being offered to you (the Buyer's Agent) inside the MLS. There is a 75/25 commission split until you reach your $5,000 monthly cap, which means that once you've paid SmartMap Real Estate Services LLC $5000 in any given month, you then keep 100% of your commissions for the remainder of that month. Remember - we don't make money unless you make money. Access fees for closed transactions are due and payable to SmartMap Real Estate Services LLC at the close of escrow by the title company. Please request all invoices prior to the close of escrow. You also agree that in order to maintain access to our SmartMap Systems software, you agree to actively submit a minimum of 30 offers each and every month and/or close a minimum of 1 transaction per month using our software. If we find that you are not in compliance, SmartMap Real Estate Services LLC has the right to terminate your account at any time.
